Remove your existing doorbell

If possible, use one of the existing screw holes to anchor the Classic Pill mount to line up the wall template included with your AirTech Mount Kit.

There are multiple options to install your mount depending on which Classic Pill Model you purchased:

Wall Plate Only

Classic Pill Wall Plate

• When mounting only the wall plate, use the 1 1/2″ screw set to anchor to the wall. If drilling through masonry please refer to Using Anchors For Masonry

• After the Classic Pill Wall Plate is attached to the wall. screw the Nest Hello Back Plate (included with your Nest hello kit) to the Classic Pill Wall Plate.

• Included with your Classic Pill Wall Plate Kit are a set of 1/2″ and 5/8″ screws. Use the 1/2″ screw set if the 5/8″ screw set is too long (depending on your installation the 5/8″ screw set may back up to the wall).

• If you decide to install the 15-degree wedge included in your Nest Hello Kit, use the included screw set in your Nest Hello Kit to attach to the Classic Pill Wall Plate if 5/8″ screw is too short.

• Make sure there is enough room to connect your wires to the Nest Hello. attach the included wire extenders from your Nest Hello Kit to ensure enough length.

• Connect the wires and attach the Nest Hello to the Nest Hello Back Plate and reengage power.

Wall Plate and Angle Mount

Classic Pill Extender Kit

• When mounting the wall plate and mount together, use the 1 1/2″ screw set to anchor both the wall plate and angle mount to the wall. Depending on your installation, a longer screw may be used to anchor in place. If drilling through masonry please refer to Using Anchors For Masonry

• After the Classic Pill Wall Plate and Angle Mount are attached to the wall. Screw the Nest Hello Back Plate (included with your Nest Hello Kit) to the Classic Pill Angle Mount. Use the 5/8″ screw set included in the Classic Pill Extender Kit.

• If you decide to install the 15-degree wedge included in your Nest Hello Kit, use the included screw set in your Nest Hello Kit to attach to the Classic Pill Angle Mount.

• Make sure there is enough room to connect the wires to the Nest Hello. Attach the included wire extenders from your Nest Hello Kit to ensure enough length.

• Connect the wires and attach the Nest Hello to the Nest Hello Back Plate and reengage power.

30 Degree Angle Mount

Classic Pill Wedge

• When mounting only the 30-degree wedge, use the 1 1/2″ screw set to anchor to the wall. If drilling through masonry please refer to Using Anchors For Masonry

• After the Classic Pill Angle Mount is attached to the wall. Screw the Nest Hello Back Plate (included with your Nest Hello Kit) to the Classic Pill Angle Mount. Use the 5/8″ screw set included in the Classic Pill Extender Kit.

• If you decide to install the 15-degree wedge included in your Nest Hello Kit, use the included screw set in your Nest Hello Kit to attach to the Classic Pill Angle Mount.

• Make sure there is enough room to connect the wires to the Nest Hello. Attach the included wire extenders from your Nest Hello Kit to ensure enough length.

• Connect the wires and attach the Nest Hello to the Nest Hello Back Plate and reengage power.
